Speech to text
The last time I tried speech to text was a back in the mid 1990s - back in the time of Windows 95. Back then you had to buy the software and headset.
I decided to give it a try the other day and discovered that Google has all kinds of speech to text features, including in Gmail. It works fantastic. It makes writing blog posts super easy. Anyone else use speect to text and if so what you do all use? |
yeah i think i bought something called "dragon dictate" back in 1995 or so. haven't tried anything lately

We used Dragon NaturallySpeaking for making text transcripts from a callcenter for a large danish insurance company... back in 1999 :)
Today I use AWS for both voice and video One of the major benefits of starting early on this, is I have more data for ML models than most other in denmark, when they want to train their TensorFlow machine learning model... 20 years baby! |
Sly would be able to tell you whats best

We used text to speech on google docs to transcribe into text a client's podcast.
