Sad Obituary
 

Local man died, aged 57. He looked familiar so I read the obituary.

“He leaves behind his beloved black lab, Raven who always remained by his side faithfully; ball in tow and ready to play. She was his loyal and best friend to the end as well as his constant companion. On one occasion, she even figured out a way to follow him into Trucchi’s on a grocery trip!”

Then they listed his son, daughter and various relatives.

Dog had first mention and they talked about the dog going into the supermarket. I feel bad for the dog. She lost her master and best friend.

Usually the deaths are not comical or touching. Hopefully the dog has a new home already.

My neighbor drew up some papers to make sure I get his dog and not his son.

That's good to know. I mean a dog will be fun to look after, but I wouldn't want anyone leaving me their son... Too much responsibility. :2 cents:
