Paxum been charging me since 2018
 

After massive trouble paxum caused me i forget it and i haven t logged in my account due thier recent problems with systems and cards but today i got totally surprised being charged over 165euro during 2 years

I Wonder for what reason do thet charge Dormant account fees and why no notification been sent ?!

I Want to get refunded due this peroid pâxum system were down and thier cards also.

ANYONE FROM PAXUM get in touch and slove me this iusse as i am planning to use it in near future to receive payment once more.

The dormant account fee is in their price list. They want to force you into using the account actively. Every time you have not received or sent a transfer in six months time - they will charge their fee until you either start using the account again or until all funds are depleated.

If you didn’t know this, it is your own fault and you have now bought yourself a lesson for the price of €165 Euro. Hope you enjoyed the class!!!

The funny side of story is paxum does not feel ashame to act like this through they been down and always offline and thier system was always down and poeple was yalling and shutting at them during years, what make me angry is they charge me MONTHLY not within 6 months which does not make sense and NO NOTIFICATION BEEN SENT TO E*mail. I Believe they don t worth 165euro which they take for nothing due this reason i d like them to refund it back and thank me for returning to them to use thier service once again.

thats theft, even if it is in their TOS. dont use a wallet for your project. the money can get stolen (by the wallet vendor). find a real billing solution and get payouts to your bank.

i just set up variable pricing with hosted join forms on MobiusPay. they did most of the work and we got it live in a couple weeks.

There is something wrong about charging for dormant accounts. A reasonable approach would have been to suspend the account instead, but to charge a fee is bs.

Absolutely its quite shameful but paxum does not have any respectable reputation.

Call them what you want but if you leave money in a let's say a Checking account you will be out of money and they will close the account over time if no activity of money coming in when there is no money. CIBC did closed the saving account of one of my friend because she never use it or add money in it. etc..

- Paxum is ALLOWING adult biz transaction.

- Payonner, transferwise, skrill, Paypal = No adult biz transaction allowed
( of course we can all use them without mentioning adult biz, link, sharing website on transaction etc... )

Paxum is full of shit, a whack company, and it amazes me anyone uses them.

used to used them back 2010/2015 but since 2015 i left it and i had some payment coming there and i forget it, when paxum start to have iusses with systems and cards and transfer i decided to leave them but during those 3 last years i haven t checked my account due i have nothing to do with it but they were debiting almost 4.53 euro / 6usd monthly without stop and this month have deal with network and they suggested me paxum when i log in i found 170 euro is taken from account even this month is debited :mad:

i am trying to get it back as Entropay did same to me but they finally refunded me in full and transfered me whole amount back to my bank account, so i wonder why paxum is not willing to refund me as this absolute theif.

i shall close my account and let everyone know paxum is shit service and you can never rely on them

there is no problem at all. Shit service and crooker companies must be blacklisted and webmaster and affilates must be aware of it, yeah paxum is famous by adult payment but thier service is very very low class and i feel being take adevantage and cheated since thier been debiting account for over 2 years which does not make sense, they could have better taken whole amount and replied you back its disppear :1orglaugh

Internet and most wallet has become dangerous You never trust them.
Anyway company or service can fuck You up anytime.

Lesson i learned never let any penny in any wallet, once i need money online i d buy it or transfer it from my bank online, this way noone is allowed to take any penny from my account while spilt funds in different wallets and have confident your money is safe you are 1000% is wrong and time goes by fast.

elliso, we sent an email notification out to ALL users about those changes when they happened. We also required that you confirm/sign that you agree to the changes when you next logged in in order to continue using Paxum. Please see the screenshot below of the email we sent out, to refresh your memory.

We also clearly list the Dormant Account Fee on the FEES page of our website (in the very first box) ever since we made the update. (Update was made in February 2018).

I'm sorry that you're unhappy, but there is nothing we can do. The fees were charged in accordance with our TOS.

They charge for yearly maintains and applying for card but after few month they cut it

and they refund the money. That is something you forgot to mention :1orglaugh
