Outside the sky is orange, their is thick smoke everywhere, and it is raining ash because of all the fires. I just got upgraded to alert status and may have to evacuate.

Word on the ground is Antifas are running around starting fires in Oregon. Nothing but quality folks . . . :(

I'm packed and ready. Where I live we just went to level 2 evacuation. If the fire gets much closer we will be evacuated. Hopefully, it doesn't come to that.

No that was my bad... my post did and that's why I deleted it and wrote "wrong forum."

I'm in a hotel now about 50 miles from my house. We got evacuated yesterday when the wind shifted. The fire is still a few miles from my town, but the smoke is so bad you can't breathe and it became hazardous. Hopefully, this will only be for a few days.

Is that ash from fires..... or from rioters the feds pulled up on in unmarked vans?

I'm glad you are safe and prepared to bug out if necessary. I have been reading online that BLM and Antifa people are the arsonists but then I read that the FBI says not so. Crazy.

It's all bullshit about the BLM/antifa stuff. The fire near my house started because we had a wind storm that blew over a power line and it started a fire. Most of the fires in Oregon were started as a result of this wind storm.

Some people saw armed people near one of the fires and reported them as Antifa starting a fire. It was just Instagram assholes taking pictures.

It's been like this all month for us here in California.

Police are reporting that people are calling 911 and reporting they've heard that BLM and Antifa are the ones starting the fires.

Imagine that.

Everything is good now. When I got home from the evacuation my house smelled badly of smoke. I had to steam clean the carpet, drapes, furniture and had to wash pretty much everything.

It was a crazy experience.

So are these actual fires or "peaceful protest" fires ??

I guess a few of them could have been started by rioters but 99% of them came from dry weather and a few days of constant lightning.

Call me when its raining cash . . .
