I haven't been to whole foods for some time, yesterday I drove by the whole foods in Santa clarita... in about an hour I got an email coupon from whole foods....first time I've gotten one.

Seems that whole foods scans the cell networks, pulling up accounts for ad contacts.

Pretty wild...

Could be your phone or one of the apps (Facebook, google or Linkedin) that you allowed to share location data. Then you will get hit by one of the retargeting strategies.

No apps running. I think they scan the cell network in the area
