Will be anybody there except you?

CurrentlySober 09-21-2020 09:43 AM

Sweet...

slapass 09-21-2020 10:12 AM

I would visit first. The average iq in that neck of the woods might be a bit of a put off.

I am southern by family and had lived in the south for my youth. Never felt comfortable with the people in LA.

I'm glad you lived there before because christ on a cracker is the humidity bad. And the mosquitoes. You will feel like you're breathing hot water as the cat sized mosquitoes slowly drain your blood away.

I had friends who oved to Tennessee. They couldn't wait to move out of California. They hated it here. They moved and I never thought I would see them again. Much to my surprised they called me up a year later and asked for help; They were moving back to California. They quickly discovered that California wasn't nearly as bad as they thought, and they hated everything about Tennessee... They hated the food, the people, the rural settings, the bugs, the weather, the people... And the politics. They are Republicans but they discovered that being a Republican in one area of the country is vastly different than being Republican in another are of the country....

If you want to leave, leave.
