Expensive, but not as expensive as the next model.

ruff 09-26-2020 05:51 PM

good bang for the buck plus I've already had 4 caddys. I like them and can deal with caddy bullshit :2 cents:

Nice car... BUT in my age "the vroom vroom" is not that important. So nice XTS will suffice for me when I go back to Canada. Now I have Audi A6 because in Europe Caddies have no service and are very overpriced. :2 cents:

Grapesoda 09-27-2020 07:47 AM

No more XTS. I had the CT6 for 2 years. Best driving car I ever had. Only issue was the 3.6 v6.....caddy only made 275 of the CT6V'S. and that's it. CT6 is discontinued as well.

I hope to pick up a clean 2020 with a few thousand miles at the end of the year

I had a 2004 Cadillac CTS 3.6 V6. Drove it for 10 years until some woman texting on the expressway in Miami slammed into it. I have two Mercedes now and suv and two seater that ride like a truck. The Cadillac had the smoothest ride of any car I've ever had.

Grapesoda 09-27-2020 12:45 PM

Yeah I had a 2002 DTS, wish I still had it.

Good looking car, but I don't need such power under the hood. Where I will use it in real life?

Marek_Parek 09-28-2020 12:54 AM

very nice design :thumbsup

It's like having a big dick. Sure a 2 inch dick will do the job, but..... well you know

Me personally i like low end torque. In my vette I would be tacking 2K to go 70mph. And I could drive all day keeping the car under 2K if I chose... never been a fan if a high reving motor. Plus the more torque the smoother the ride

Mikhail_Pub 09-28-2020 06:54 AM

looks awesome

I have never in my life bought a brand new car. My rule is 2 to 3 years old under 40,000 miles. So by the time I go back to Canada full time at the end of 2021. This baby will be perfect for me : 2019 XTS

will go back to the brand. Last one I had was 1977 Fleetwood Brougham ( same color)

Try and get the AWD XTS. They are very nice cars. Truth be told the CT6 is a better car, with AWD and the 3.6, better driving car

I just meant that with all the traffic and traffic lights, I won't have any time to fully enjoy the purring sound of this car :(

Grapesoda 09-29-2020 06:29 AM

Yikes. Sorry. I live within 2 miles or less from open road... on the edge of town... used to be mountains, now its desert. I dont think I could live in a densely populated urban center.... im trying to relocate to and even less populated area.

I like about 10 miles from city limits, that's how I grew up. I used to live behind malibu, 5 miles to the beach and 7 miles to agiura hills.

Used to drive mulholland hwy 3 or 4 times a day..... it was fucking awesome.

It has to be four wheel drive. For last 8 years in Prague I have Audi A6 with 4 wheel drive and would never go back to anything with either front or rear drive only.

Grapesoda 09-29-2020 07:27 AM

Exactly my thoughts. Only AWD.
makes a huge difference.
