It is potentially catastrophic for the USA... and indeed the world, Covid is now in the inner circle of the WH, your president is in quarantine with a deadly pandemic virus that's killed more than a million worldwide and more than 200,000 in your country alone.

It's not an episode of 24 but real time live. Trump, Melina and Hicks would of been in contact, without protection with dozens if not hundreds of senior critical team members that keep your country running in the past week.

Even if Trump is over this by breakfast and hopefully he is, expect him to have a major attitude change in the least toward covid.

What if he doesn't actually have COVID? It would be genius. For the weeks leading up to the election there would be nothing on the news except Trump and his COVID. Then he will come out after a couple of weeks, cured thanks to HCQ.

I wouldn't put it past him. He's a clever con man. No debates and sympathy votes.

Yes and no.

If he were to become incapacitated before the election the Republicans would vote to offer up another candidate. But that candidate wouldn't be able to be put on the ballot due to time constraints to printing new ballots. And many states have deadlines to do so.

In states that allow it, voters could write in the new Republican candidate. In states where Trump won, the electoral college could cast their votes for the new candidate. Some states sanction those who cast votes for somebody other than the winner. But it's like $1000 fine and I'm sure the RNC will pay them. This can also happen even if Trump wins and then dies after the election.

However, if the RNC offers more than one candidate, nobody gets enough votes. More the House votes on the top three winners with each state getting one vote.

Turns out if he dies before the election, the RNC picks a new candidate. Then he would stay on the ballot and the electoral college votes would go to him or the new guy depending on each states laws. So Biden could lose the vote and win in the electoral college under these circumstances.

We literally could have Ted Cruz as president or something weird like that.

Maybe Trump is only saying he has Covid to pre-explain why he will lose the Election. He could also be saying this to soften people up with sympathy before he contests the Election with his hand-picked Supreme Court.

If Trump wins, democrats will contest it.
If Biden wins. republicans will contest it.

Democrats are up to no good with all these ballots being mailed out and they know there's the possibility of fraud. Trump's not going to accept that so this will probably be the most widely contested election in history.

I had it already and it just scratched in my throat for 2 weeks, my (fit) 90 year old grandma also was tested positive and didnt even have any symptoms. But yeah just trust those milk maid stats and be a fearful sheeple.

Mortality rate sinks every month, in march they assumed full 5% would die of covid, now it's 0,6-0,8% and as more they test, the lower it gets logically as there always was a high dark figure of infected ones right from the beginning. Also many alleged victims (15% - 80% depending on source) die WITH corona, but not because of corona.

For comparison a tough flu has up to 0,3% mortality rate, but no one ever cared.

The full year death count (all causes) which we will have in 3 months will proof it as I doubt there will be a significant over mortality in any country.
