I saw gwar on acid in the 90s. By total accident, too. Just walked into a small club and there they were... and had an insane time.

The lead singer (rip) was hilarious.

Their metal dragon thing threw up on me once. Fun times
They used to do a Halloween show near me every year.

Loved them in one of the Viva La Bam episodes :)

They used to have a band call the X-Cops. Not as good.
They used to make fun of cops. This would probably be dangerous today.

Well they're no Jethro Tull that's for sure. :)

Is blues still alive?

There have been a lot of characters that come and go in GWAR, but I don't think I've heard of a Blues. The lead singer, Dave Brockie, died like 5 years ago, though.
