Need PHP Developer To Finish CMS Project
 

I started working on a custom CMS for my paysite Network of over 100 paysites but the developer dropped out after being 80% done so I need someone to finish it.

It is PHP-based and is both simple and a little complicated. The simple part is the CMS is designed to display and rotate updates. The complex part is I also need Network updates (updates from other sites) to display and rotate.

Most of the work is done so I would like someone to take a look and finish what's needed rather than starting from scratch. Videos and images have already been imported for most sites.

This is a one-time project with half up front and half on delivery but it could be ongoing since I am always adding new sites.
