Looking for ad networks with lower funding

Hello There!

I am looking for traffic networks to buy traffic but have a little problem with the funding.
I did registered to some traffic networks but they need at least 200$ funding or similar fee's to start a campaign.

Is there any network which asks less money to sell traffic?

Btw: i am currently living in some third world country. Even 50USD is a significant money:banana:sadcrying

I agree, with that small amount you are not able to test anything in terms of data.
