Explain the fucking logic of this to me!!!
 

https://playbackbone.com/ is a gaming device for ios apple phones. You clip it to the sides of the iPhone and it integrates with games such as 'call of duty' enabling you to play with relatively high quality buttons and sticks etc, and its also kinda just integrates seamlessly with most mobile games... Got a great review of youtube etc. Quality bit of kit for what it is, and not something just cheap and nasty that will be broken by the new year...

All in all, the Ideal Xmas pressie for my son, who is also an iphone user... So I go to the site and click 'buy'...

You'd expect to se an order form where I fill in my address and give a CC number, or better still, 'pay with paypal' which does all that for me... But no. Too easy...

I can only purchase the device, via its accompanying app, which is downloadable from the app store! Well, guess what? I don't have an iPhone, and its not compatible with android!!!

So how the fuck do I order it as a present? The only way to purchase it is via the app??? They've gone to all the trouble of creating a decent website, paying models to pose for professional pictures, and having professional product shots done, yet they have not included a way for you to purchase it via the website?

Talk about leaving money on the fucking table!!!!

Stupid indeed. I mean, I want to purchase, I'm on their site, I've clicked the bright orange 'Buy' button... Only to be told I cant!

How much effort or expense would it have really been, to just have an order form on that page, along with a line that says - 'Or order DIRECT from our app!' ???
