Also I am absolutely thrilled, now I am filled of happiness and unlimited joy!!!

This character has now been shut down by both Paxum and Paypal. You just know that some really freaky shit is going on then. Unbelivably generous of him to share the story here for each and everyone’s amusement.

This truly made my day - I am so happy now! ! !

Nope that’s not what happened, they limited my account and not banned it.

PayPal buyer is allowed to chargeback transactions for 180 days

They locked my account for 180 days in case this happened, and said I could withdraw my funds after this period

It past 180 days and I got no chargebacks, but they didn’t let me withdraw my funds. so what do you want me to Call them ? of couse paypal stolen my 6000usd for no valid reasons since i was waiting for 180 days to passed out and now i must finger out why do they take all funds through there is no problem or dispute or fraud involved in payments.

Million of guys are having this iusse with Paypal not me solo.
Paypal took my money | Payment to:Paypal;PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation
I had been waiting for 6 months to withdraw my money and when I go into my account on the 178th day I see my finds have been withdrawn from 2 accounts that were frozen. Both are business verified accounts. Never had a chargeback, dispute or anything like that.

This was in the memo of each transaction. Between the 2 accounts the total amounts to $14,000

$x,xxx.xx;PayPal Posting Date:Oct 29, 2019;Payment to:Paypal;PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation

I called yesterday what seemed like a level 1 customer service rep.

She said she sent a request to info to the banking dept.? and said to wait for an email.

I am not sure what to do. I was disappointed Paypal permanently limited me as I had been using Paypal for over 10 years, but I never thought in my wildest dreams that they would keep my money.

I am not sure what to do. A search on Google for "Payment to:Paypal;PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation" only shows a couple of posts from a site called 'aspskins', it seems like those guys sell some sort of digital goods. I am a marketing agency that once again never had any sort of negative reviews, chargebacks or disputes, before and during the 180 days.
I can't get my head around how I would have a caused Paypal 1$ in damages let alone $14,000
Any help would be much appreciated.

This is the reason they kept your money... to cover their loss.

Were your AUP violations related to online gambling/money laundering?

All I'm saying is, I've had my paypal account for over 20 years now... same ol account... I've done some wild shit with it... minor hiccups here and there, but still rockin.

I don't know what your problem is, but I'd suggest tightening up your ship before you lose your livelihood. Whatever it is you're up to, it obviously ain't worth it.

I'll spare you the insults, I generally don't get joy out of seeing people go down bad. I have no idea what you're doing and don't care to guess. But I suggest getting your shit together.

Good luck.

Paypal sucks, end of story. 5% "have no problems" but refuse to believe until they come crying on here. PS if you haven't, you use it for $100, you aren't any kind of baller, stay in one place and never visit or work with international partners, and don't do any adult of any real volume.

I don't know why Ferus is so down on elliso, so putting that aside for the moment, this Paypal shit can happen to anyone at any time. There are numerous stories from grandmotherly little non-profits who lost money too. Also, they are very predatory around the world.

Paypal sucks.

But surely you, as a very intelligent person, recognize that because something hasn't happened, does not mean it won't, nor does it in any way influence the probability of it happening.

This is a common occurrence across many different industries, but especially adult. Numerous other forums attest to this.

King Mark 11-22-2020 11:20 AM

I'm going off the fact bro just had an incident with Paxum too. If he's on the up and up and just having a streak of bad luck, I suggest he stay inside for thunderstorms.

The Porn Nerd 11-22-2020 11:50 AM

I have always said there is a random possibility that PayPal will freeze an account and withhold funds for six months. The chances of it happening are very tiny but it exists. Otherwise something shady was going on. I only use PayPal to send money, never to receive it.

What causes me to wonder is you (well, some of you) Paypal supporters, you don't get anything for it, so why are you (well, some of you) so aggressively licking Paypal's nutsack to the point of attacking people who are trying to share their concerns? What does it matter to you if people are not satisfied with Paypal's conduct? Why does that turn you (well, some of you) into a rabid cheering squad ready to attack anyone? Paypal doesn't have affiliates, doesn't support adult, and we have numerous accounts of sudden unwarranted suspension here on this site.

If I came in here and said Exxon had practices that harmed the earth would you jump on their sack and call me a dumb ratarded scamer bastard? Why do you love Paypal? You aren't legally using it for adult - there are better services

You have no idea of the level of scrutiny and compliance hoops companies like Paypal have to jump through to be in business. There is no point in explaining it to you, based on the ignorance level in your post above.

I understand the entire process, end to end. What is humorous is that you, someone who clearly has no understanding of US tax laws, claims to comprehend the entirety of Paypal's business model.

Are you actually claiming that you have any idea about the regulatory laws and legal infrastructure of the United States? I imagine that you are once again talking out your ass to avoid answering the question - why do you love the taste of Paypal's butthole? I have never seen such a craven display of slavish devotion ... and you get nothing for it! :1orglaugh:1orglaugh You must be a serious sub.

Of course, and, like many of you, I used to say the same shit. Since I'm a polite and civil person, I was less pejorative about it, but I was always somewhat dismissive when people would tell me what had happened to them. Then the same thing happened to me, and I wised up immediately and told Paypal to go eat their own shit. However, even when I had a ten year account and all was well, I would have simply stated that, not come in here as some of these poor folks are and acted like a first class bottom bitch.

LOL!! At best you are a minor temp consultant, and again, if you are so big in mainstream, what are you doing here? I actually sat on an OMS EMS desk and handled all the orders - we had to check in with compliance every single day. As a result, I know compliance globally as well:

Here's a question you can't google: Name just three out of the ten G75 countries that have less that 10% of customers able to make international transactions. Any KYC architect would know that right away. You have 10 minutes, so go and look up the acronyms and try to google the answer ... If you can name three, I'll apologize and move on.

I dont distinguish between adult or mainstream. KYC is KYC.... and you question have ZERO to do with KYC (and they are not reffered to as G75 countries, and have not since--- 15 years?)

I don't know what he did or didn't do, I have no relationship with him. LOGIC: just because something happens to a deserving person (not saying he is) does not mean every person it happens to is deserving.

My man, you can't answer the question. It is a really easy clear question that anyone who spends a day in international receipts knows. All this talk to get out of it - why? I didn't start attacking you, you came in here and attacked people who are just venting.

Paypal sucks - it doesn't matter if you like Paypal. Let people talk in peace.

As for $14,000, the "golden ratio" for chargebacks is 1.4%, although that is changing, so a person who does real volume, i.e. over a 1m, will have $14,000 in chargebacks and be considered good.

Chargebacks have become too customer favored in the last 5 years, and even Paypal your boyfriend knows it. It goes back and forth.
