Customer Loyalty Marketing Manager @SLR

We are welcoming a Customer Loyalty Marketing Manager to join our team. We are running SexLikeReal.com and we want to increase customer engagement, satisfaction and retention by applying personalised loyalty program.

In this role, you will define several user segments based on their behaviour, create customer loyalty initiatives, leverage data and insights impact, and partner with the cross functional teams to drive execution forward to deepen and expand the retention rate and user satisfaction with our products. You will work autonomously and be responsible for both executing and driving the customer loyalty strategy.

Requirements:
- Previous loyalty marketing or marketing automation experience working with big projects
- Data-driven analytical mindset
- Interest in high-tech devices
