Looking for something quick and simple to implement and can accept payments without the users having to be a 'member' of the payment processors.

Have used CC bill in the past but found them quite expensive and cumbersome to implement.

Epoch lets you use Paypal? That surprises me since they have terms of services like Fuzebox mentioned above.

Well, epoch and paypal have a special direct arrangement. If its epoch handling your processing, you can use paypal. I dont think its 'your' paypal, but epochs paypal that then gets added in with the cc cards the prooses for you.

I also believe its only in Europe / UK etc, not america, (or at least wasn't in the US when they launched it - don't know about these days) but the OP is located in the UK, if his profile is legit.
