I need a small VPS Hosting
I can spend only max $20 a month.
I used to FREEBSD but Linux could be fine too, Apache, Php, MySQL (with phpmyadmin) a few dedicated IPs (3-5 IP's IPV4), email solution or ability to run some lightweight email server, ssh access (perfectly with root user, so that I can install stuff on my own or configure apache globally on my own), apache logs setup/access (auto-deleted periodically), awstats, monthly backup, custom apache config.
I don't have preference about control panel, in the past I used DirectAdmin and Webair dedicated control panel, and I liked both.
As for the bandwidth I'm not sure, I burn less than 1TB a month currently but having some spare just in case would not hurt.
Speed matters, as we know it affects SEO and more importantly comfort of website's users/visitors.
Free help with the migration. (in case I would need it, perhaps I might be able to do it on my own, I don’t know) I wish it was managed with technical support but I would consider unmanaged hosting too, I just need a bit help with setting things up and settling.
I was with the same hosting company for over 12 years so I’m just a bit confused now. Perhaps I exaggerate things in my mind and any decent VPS hosting would provide me with all I need. I was quite happy with Webair and Amerinoc hosting in the past. Now I'm somewhere else and things seem out of control.
Does anyone here have an experience with ovhcloud VPS by a chance? Their ESSENTIAL VPS specs look very good. Would they help me with setting things up? Or it's like you are getting the keys and you are completely on your own?
I would be very grateful for any suggestions/help. :helpme
