Paging Paxum: is there any way to use the old interface?
 
I have my own reasons for having trouble / not liking the new one (unable to attach .pdf files to tickets, for one)

Can the old interface be enabled?

Sides from the ticket support system, does Ruth still answer her emails or Skypes? I have tried to reach her few times but no reply :(

And why in the hell are Corporate Accounts linked to Personal Accounts? (Money accounts and tickets)

No I'm afraid the old interface cannot be enabled after you have switched to the new interface. Please send me an email with specifics of the aspects you do not like and I'll be happy to chat with the techs.

I now get "Errors: Undefined variable: accountByCurrency" on My Account > Overview page. Emailed support and they told me to delete cookies and cache and closed the ticket which did not solve. I reopened and am awaiting reply. Anyone else get this error message?

try a live chat. Their new solution. I tried 5 mins ago, better than a ticket.

Thanks, fortunately the issue disappeared while awaiting a reply to reopened ticket.
