I predict other cities across the country are just going to send their homeless problem to LA. California is like quicksand in a swamp. Living here just gets worse and people are leaving California in droves.

It's very simple. If you keep feeding people of the lowest common denominator into the system they will need more government assistance and your own citizens will also need more government assistance.

I was wondering that myself. Property taxes and home owner's insurance is crazy. Not to mention the youtube videos that make being homeless look fun.
