HIV vaccine?

Russia said "a vaccine for COVID". After that "a vaccine for cystic fibrosis". Now "a vaccine for HIV".

Since then? Almost the whole Russian government are homosexuals (that's not a joke). Moscow alone has more gay clubs than all the EU countries together. Do you know how many transsexuals here? Well... not so many as in Thailand but very close...
