Please excuse my question, but... What would be the use of buying the right to be the moderator of a subreddit?

What happens to the other mods?

Basically it transfers the ownership. Full permission would be granted, and all other moderators would be remove, so the new owner would be the sole moderator and have full control

After the new owner is made the moderator, I remove all of the other accounts. The new owner becomes the only moderator, and has full control
