Hi I started a new production company my site is up but I’m trying to get content done for it. Anyone know any good websites out there to recruit adult female models?

I used sexyjobs one time with success, but the model in question was already established. Seems like many profiles are either fake or delusional (really unattractive, etc).

I also used SexyJobs a few years ago and it was a waste of money. In the past I always had the best luck with Craig's List. I know they don't allow ads for porn any more but I've seen some ads in the TV/Film help wanted section that are probably adult. If you word it carefully you might be able to get away with it.

SexyJobs has become a shitshow of spam by con men and webcam recruits so I lot of the quality talent has gone away.

I would suggest looking into working with some agents in your area. Try ATMLA, or Motley Models. They've got some of the best talent right now, especially Motley.

I think you are all missing the obvious; network here. I am sure there are many women on this site who are looking to get into the biz.

We just spent a month on Sexyjobs with our posting getting over 200 views and sending out almost 300 emails. We have a totally unique business model, literally offering the woman the opportunity of a lifetime. While we did have about a 10-percent response rate, we only found one who took it seriously. A lot of the emails we sent, while the system shows the user being active, still remain unread. I will absolutely have to agree that most of the accounts there are fake and there are better places to spend your money. We just haven't found any as of yet. :disgust
