hosting companies. credit card processors. advertisers. content producers. scraper tubes. the governments collecting tax revenue from all of these people.

Those are the basics of law. Knowingly providing resources to commit crime makes anyone an accomplice in crime. If they are aware they serve a client proven to be publishing illegal materials (be it stolen content, CP, obscenity or say nazi symbols etc.) and they ignore it despite having the proof, they are liable.
