Keisha Grey & Abigail Mac DMCA's

Anyone with licensed content of Kiesha Grey & Abigail Mac, fyi, someone is sending out DMCA's for ALL of their contents.

Original urls they're putting Instagram & Onlyfans , probably trying to knock out their competition so they get top ranks on Onlyfans :disgust

Sender is Rulta OU

I'm still researching but it seems like some VERY shady shit going on

Oh my god yes. This jack ass is DMCA'ing EVERYONE even shit they don't own!

jscott 02-03-2021 12:53 AM

Hopefully you/me/everyone is submitting counterclaims, if Google is fair, eventually they'll have to somehow blacklist them.

Any advices to fight this please share. For now i'm starting to counterclaim them all and will make a blog post with specifics, screenshots, proof of their complete lies and false DMCA accusations

The crazy thing is, I don't think he's trying to snuff out the competition like people have done in the past. I just really think the guys a fucking idiot and doesn't know better. You know how those suitcase pimps are. They claim to know everything and well ... this is the kind of shit you get. LOL

jscott 02-03-2021 04:18 AM

lol yaaa but it seems he has some client, maybe the girls are his client and he claims he'll have their names/content removed from the internet, so their own sites (onlyfans/ig) rank higher?
i'm not sure, just trying to make sense of it. Dont think he'd randomly send DMCA's only for certain models without a paying client........

both girls seem very active on onlyfans/ig btw

still welcoming all ideas/infos here

sarettah 02-03-2021 09:44 AM

From what I see in the google transparency report it appears that they are working on behalf of the individual models and not on behalf of any particlar sites.

When done in bad faith, yes. However, as someone else previously mentioned... I too believe it's just incompetence.

Yeah, I would counter when applicable.

1) Go to https://support.google.com/legal/answer/1120734
Click on “Web Search” under the “Counter Notification” section.

2) Select “One or more pages on my site have been removed due to a legal complaint, and I would like them restored.”

3) Click on Yes in

4) Click on “this counter notice form” link at the bottom of the page in the “Otherwise, please complete this counter notice form.” text.

a) Fill in your personal details.

b) Enter URLs of content in question.

We'll kick from Bing (as well) which drives Yahoo. I'm not sure if they are doing the same there or not. You may want to sign up here to receive these notices though. It's the only way Bing is capable of notifying you. https://www.bing.com/webmasters/homepage

Two young Turkish scammers...

I argue with them and harass them a bit few months ago.

They have no idea what they do. They send reports without even checking the content, and they always believe that they are right and that you are a criminal.

There are a couple more companies following the same dynamic. It seems that we are at the moment in history where it is easy to scam models to remove content that promotes them.

It seems this is their aim :(

I wish google would do more to fix this problem.
We have had similar happen to one of our sites and the site is user submitted content. And the girl submitted herself to us and then the person she hired to dmca, dmca'd us

The girls will be paying them and they would be showing the girls the great results :1orglaugh
And soon the girls will be unemployed :1orglaugh

If you want to forward me those notices, I'll send you an email address via PM. I can counter for you since we handle FTV. I have a script, somewhere, that auto-counters. Thx.

jscott 02-18-2021 02:12 AM

Btw, this is the reply I get from Google about my counter-claim:

Quote:

Hello,
As described in 17 U.S.C. 512(g), we will forward the counter notification to the complainant. If we do not receive notice that the complainant has brought a court action within 10 business days, we will reinstate the material in question.

Hey RycEric, recently i received a DMCA from your company that was "accident"
legit sponsor, legit affiliate content, yet i'm receiving DMCA and removed/penalized from Google for it
Ofc i sent counter DMCA but one suggestion i have for you is, can you ask those sponsors to click each link to verifiy/confirm they want the DMCA sent for each of the urls?

Most sponsors would be able to know at quick glance if the DMCA should be sent or not.

Big thanks if you can ask this from your clients (sponsors)

Please PM me the domain and I will look into it. We do get links, from sponsors, who also hire link hounds to send.

Nobody posts counter claims online which is so ironic. 99.99% of all counters filed are fraud.

This is a new one coming through the pipe as well....

The original material is located on the following URL(s):

They're sending for any galleries trying to redirect to their affiliate accounts.

Yep, got hit by a bunch of bogus DMCAs from these guys today.

All fake info of course.

gar 07-30-2021 09:47 PM

I chatted with them a month ago using all bad word. Fuckers haha

dcortez 07-31-2021 03:43 AM

Generally speaking, if you post (publish) content, for which you have a license to do so, that paperwork is your evidence.

Out of curiosity, what happens if an original producer, sells their works to another company (this is happening with legacy adult content), and the new owner decides to tighten copyright enforcement on their entire collection, including older works?

You either have a license to publish that work or you don't. Right?

DMCA seems to be the adult industry equivalent of a Slapp suit.

Large companies can scrape your content, edit it, publish it, and if you have the resources to find where your stolen content is making money for someone else, all you can do is file DMCA complaint - with no measures to recover lost revenues.

Disingenuous DMCA complaints against small companies, or individuals, can tie up their limited resources just proving that they were not in violation.

celandina 07-31-2021 06:55 AM

"There is no honor among thieves" :2 cents:

geirlur 07-31-2021 10:08 AM

We should all report these models doing this to the sponsors they work for, after all it's their content they're trying to cockblock after getting paid for the scene

Why would they hire those models again if they're trying to stop them from making money on the content they paid for.. xD

LouiseLloyd 07-31-2021 10:52 AM

If this company are happy than happy to cut corners and make complaints without first validating their legal standing to do so, or even knowingly fraudulently reporting legit content, then simply play them at their own game.

Report the shit out of their own webpages and send fake reports to google purporting to be this shit show of a company on their clients websites, it won't be long before their website is getting no traffic and their clients drop them and refuse to ever work with them again. Thousands of complaints there going to be in no position to take legal action against anyone and maybe they'll clean up their biz and start doing what they are paid for and stop causing an inconvenience and financial bursary to legitimate businesses.

This is done all the time as well. They know nobody is going to do anything on a counter. Here's the deal though and I challenge those out there, plagued by this issue, to try because it may work.

The service provider says "We have received a counter notification in response to the DMCA notice you sent us. As described in 17 U.S.C. 512(g), by this email, we are providing you with a text copy of the counter notification and await your notice (in not more than 10 business days) that you have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the counter notifier's allegedly infringing activity. In order to process your complaint, please send us a copy of the action filed or applicable court order".

That is straight from Google. Notice it does NOT say what type of action...they just say action. They did not say "Federal" either.. thus, my theory would be a small claims suit for whatever .. 100$? List the fake counter sender as a defendant and send the provider the copy of the "action". I'm no lawyer but I have had conversations, with a few, about this and it seems very feasible.
