Yup, already trademarked.

If someone buys it and tries to do anything stock market related, that could be easily taken with a wipo case by the trademark holder, which would be a lot cheaper than 11k.

But, it looks like it was registered in 1998 and and in use as a sports book/casino so that may complicate things. I know IP is a specialized law and very expensive.
