Is it hard to build an authority site?

I've got like three small sites now and a part-time job. :Oh crap

In adult authority site would be review site.

It depends on many factors, traffic and niche being the most important ones.

In SEO terms - authority sites are sites with most links.

However, your market has to be big enough otherwise you'll ultimately end up with a niche website instead of an authority website.

If you want to build an authority website, you need to pick a niche that you understand and that you can write at least a few dozen articles of content on even though if you are not the one who ends up writing it.

That's not a new idea. A few review sites have attempted that but, as far as I know, did not have success.

Page Rank (PR) is "Google" brand and a prediction tool. Ended a while ago.
Domain Rating (DR) is "Ahrefs" and is based on backlinks.
Domain Authority (DA) is "Moz' a prediction of seo ranking.
Page Authority (PA) is "Moz" rates sites on seo results.
