How come no cameras allowed is in quotes? Was it being ironic and the whole event was filled floor to ceiling with cameras?

I actually skipped the party.

Serge gave me the ticket but I ended up out at dinner with Voltar and some other VNWR regs and we talked business shit until the wee hours and then went and played blackjack.
