Porn Friendly Rental Location in Miami
 

I have started renting my unit for model photo/video shoots and I wanted to extend the offer to you guys. I couldn't find a porn specific rentals site. The unit is listed on peerspace and you can also see the new instagram: @tornino_place

Hourly rate is $100 on peerspace due to their 15% fee. Booking direct is $85/hour. I also offer a discount to anyone that follows me on instagram and likes all the pics. The discount makes the rental go to $70/hour with a 3 hour minimum ($210).

Rental includes access to all that is pictured. Kitchen, bar, living room, bathroom, enclosed balcony. The bedroom is not included in the rental. If you wish to see pictures of the bedroom, they can be provided, but the bedroom would be an additional cost as that would require a much more intensive cleaning before and after each booking.

Rates have gone down to $75/hour on PeerSpace since I'll only be able to rent it for a couple more months before I deploy again. A stripper pole + 3x5 foot mirror have just been added to the area adjacent to the bar. If only everyone would lol. I get a lot of bookings for music videos from aspiring artists. Increasing the price would price them out. If you want use of the bedroom the price does increase because that adds a lot to cleaning time before/after and I would have to relocate personals
