Lawyer Recommendations

I'm trying to set up my company so that we can take on investment and legally exist/pay taxes. Does anyone here have recommendations for lawyers who could help and are not weird about porn. Have had several meetings end abruptly when they discover Scrolller.com is more than just cute animal images.

Thanks

You don't need a lawyer to form a company, and if you did your lawyer doesn't need to know what your websites are.

If you really need something more complicated than a basic self serve LLC/c-corp, you can get someone to help you on legalzoom.

If you insist on retaining a corporate lawyer to do this basic task for you, build a bullshit SFW mainstream site to be the "flagship" of the media company.

Most simple company formations do not require legal counsel.
What country are looking to register in?

Yeah it's a bit of a waste of money unless you have a complex corporate structure with holding companies or different types of shares for a silent investor etc. :2 cents:

Depending on where you're located and where you're trying to register your business entity, it is in your best interest to hire legal counsel to get it done correctly the first time.

Example: If Australian company wanting to register US entity.
You cannot open up a US entity without a US based director, which is where an attorney comes in.
Furthermore, you will require US bank accounts which requires a US address to open.

That's just an example.

If you are looking for attorney's who maybe able to assist reach out and inquire with Larry Walters or Corey Silverstein.
