Open up a merchant account and payment gateway in Prague or Brno
 

Anybody have experience with opening an merchant account and payment gateway in Prague or Brno for processing adult transactions ?
And what would be the procedure to open a company with those activity fields : Provision of software, consulting in the field of information technology, data processing, hosting and related activities and web portals, in Czech as a foreginer ?
Any info will be much appreciated !

My bank offer such option, but so far did not tried because i dont have a website yet linked to activity which require merchant account. Opening a company is piece of cake if you using company which helps you with such things, you dont need to anything then. Example of helping company: movetoprague.com

Are you sure if you bank does ALLOW adult related content ? If yes, could you please tell me the name of the bank ? Just in case movetoprague.com does not know such info, so i can provide them with this info.

You could simply e-mail official bank contact (i did that back in past with some other questions) , or ask companies which are public , like netlook s.r.o., where they bank. And one more tip - CZ is one of best countries , if not best for having self-employeed type of incorporation - if you dont have more then 6000 eur brutto monthly, is better then having a LLC (s.r.o.) due much lower taxes. For example, one of benefits is how you can open personal bank account(and run bussiness with it) which is hassle free compared to business account, and you will probably never be asked about anything from side of bank .
