During the lockdown, I started learning Spanish, and now I am ok at it (Know about 1000 words). Need to put all this learning to practice, what is the best place for cute Spanish-speaking girls who like a rich American. I am thinking Cartagena, Columbia.

First of all 1000 words is not enough to make communcation ;)
second spanish is not easy lanugage and you need months to practice to learn speak it....first try platalk or audiochat and if you managed to make it GO south america and be extra careful and everything will be fine.
