I am confused: does this mean we'll be able to turn back our integrated solution on our KVS tube - or not?

Video Promotion API is a advanced version of a Promo-Tool which allows you to promote your Whitelabel with On-Demand content.

So you can integrate on-demand videos on your site which promote either LiveJasmin or your Whitelabel. This does not mean you can implement cam-features on your site directly.
