what is rates for usa traffic on pop? for publishers.

Please add me on Skype and we can go over the base rate. Depending on the quality of traffic I may be able to offer you a higher rate. It's better to run a test so you know the overall daily revenue from your pop, just giving a CPM doesn't paint the whole picture, especially if your impressions are lower.

Also we only work with top advertisers so you won't get bad ads that drives your organic traffic down with such advertisers.
