The homo sapiens appeared nearly 200,000 years ago . . .

Pink24 03-22-2021 06:09 PM

The only one I remember from my youth is Back to the Future. Not that fucking old. Huh.

I think some have been updated...

Edit: Actually not 61 - 55/56 years old so correct - Where do you get 11 from?....

Rochard 03-22-2021 06:27 PM

Bonanza? Beatles? Laugh In?

LOL. I guess I am not that old after all.

There are 3 kinds of people, those that can do math and those that can't.

It's a good job he can spell...

I am sorry, I am on my phone so I can't see the image and didn't memorize it; I thought it said 50 years old not 55.

This wont mean a thing to non-Brits, but I was reading an interview with the actor Neil Morrissey this morning. He was a star of the massively popular 90's sitcom 'Men Behaving Badly' - exemplifying the 'lad culture' that was around at the time. Couldn't believe it when I read he was 60, almost an old age pensioner.

The Beatles fact is astonishing. It's great to see people still talking about them and listening to their music.

I actually feel a lot younger reading that list.

I still find it amusing that most of my fave movies are all from the 80's.

When you think of the budgets for movies these days yet most end up a complete pile of shit...

There were kids singing crappy pop songs outside....

So singing Marvin Gaye super loud and off key seemed appropriate.

Time does not spare us, but we are getting stronger!

Applebite Media 03-26-2021 05:08 AM

You're only as old as you feel or your health allows. Hell, I turned 56 (born around the time of the Mustang LOL) in Feb, I don't really feel any different than I did when I was 40, 30, 20... Health wise, my body does not feel young but my mind still thinks its 18 and can do anything. Not always a good combo LMAO

The Beatles were the musical revolution of the 60s and are regarded as the most influential band of all time. Here is their political song about the 1968 events.

But I am also a fan of The Doors (Jim Morrison) and Queen (Freddie Mercury)...

Jazzix 03-26-2021 08:18 PM

Love The Beatles forever.

They were so lucky to all meet at the same time it was destiny
