I admit it, I have an addiction

It's happened before when I lived in Arizona, I thought I kicked this filthy habit.

I had gone for years without any cravings then all of a sudden, like a brick to the head, it hit me again.

Every night i feel the calling right before bed. More than 2 nights without it and I am impossible to be around.

I have a chocolate monkey on my back.

I have an addiction to chocolate milk. :Oh crap

I use to be a quart a night and now I am up to a 1/2 gallon before bed. So cold, so chocolaty, so good. For about a year now.

Funny thing is, I am not getting fat, but my boobs are growing. :1orglaugh

The only thing I do worry about is all that milk fat and clogging arteries. Even the 2% chocolate milk still has fat...

56 and I am addicted to a children's drink :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Chocolate milk is a guilty pleasure of many people, nothing to be ashamed of ^^ so tasty so it's impossible to stop until the bottle is empty

Sugar kills.

I cold turkey quit sodas, sugar, salt, and processed foods.

You can do it too.

sounds rather like a sugar addiction, intermitting fasting helps

Discovered I have a liver problem, which came as a surprise considering I've never been a drinker or done drugs. My liver just does not like carbs, and salt causes related problems. So either clean up the diet, or keep heading down the road towards a liver transplant. I chose to clean up the diet.

Why not. Choco milk rocks. I'm having it for breakfast right now. It's high in vitamin D and also sugar - perfect!

It has low fat but high sugar and other carbs.

CurrentlySober 04-01-2021 02:25 AM

Going by the color of the chocolate milk, I could just take a bunch of laxatives and make my own.

SekobA 04-01-2021 05:25 AM

My doctor says... I can eat almost everything up to 16h o'clock.. After no sugar at all, only easy meals
