started as a hobby, new website
Hello guys,
So I started coding some porn gallery scrapers with python as a hobby, I was able to get more than 6k galleries of high quality. And now I decided to create a website to browse those galleries. The website still under development but the core feature is ready to check (Browsing galleries). The website is built with the most modern technologies currently, It’s running on Nextjs server side rendering reactjs hosted with cdns. Backend server database is cached with redis and also served via cdns. The site should be fast :) I will like some opinions on how I can improve the site. I still need to add a lot of stuff, for e.g: links to the actual site from where I scraped the gallery, filters, search and more. Thanks, I’ll wait for opinions :) Website: peachjoy.net |
Damn i like the site, so clean and fast.
|
Why you do not link to paysites? Also, your logo does not read clearly.
|
Nice script and works well on all browsers and platform I tried it on... but...
Unless you have an agreement with the content-owners(doubt it) you are not using the content legally, and could very soon end up without site and domain |
:warning Stolen content :warning
You end up in Celandina Prison... :upsidedow |
Scraping content from other sites and no linking to them isn’t going to get you very far.
|
You are making and disseminating illegal copies and earn money from that...
Fuck you thief. |
relax guys, it's just a test site, it's not even indexed. OP plans to add a link to a site where the content originates from.

Thanks for the reviews. Im still pretty new on the industry and I don't know much about the legal stuff I need to take care. this website is just under development, not published yet.
If I remove the ads and I link to the actual pay site everything should be fine right? I just did this as a hobby. I don't want to have any legal issues from my hobby xD. I shut down the site for now. to avoid issues. Please let me know what should be the best way to proceed. Thanks in advance. can continue checking the site here url -> yikl-react.vercel.app |
WTF?

I checked the site and it looks and works fine.
As long as you don't publish the full sets but just 15-20 sample pics per gallery, and add a link to the actual paysite, you should be fine. |

can check here -> yikl-react.vercel.app |

Maybe I should reduce resolution of images by 30% and add at the top and bottom of the gallery a text like "Check full HD images on -> paysite" |

Let me know if you want an Adult-friendly hosting solution :) Amazon's been doing purges and you might find yourself offline if you get on the wrong side of one of their sweeps.
If you want to start making some money with your hobby, register for affiliate programs of the websites where you got the content, and use affiliate links ;) |
Nice and clean indeed . . . Keep at it.
|
if you plan on selling copies of the script, including supports and updates, let me know

I am surprised how many people don't understand this. Why do you think people buy / shoot content? With your logic anyone could download illegal copies and make paysites with them... instead of throwing out $20k. |

If the company allows downloading their pics from their FHGs and publishing them on affiliated websites, then there is no problem of course. But since linking to content and copying content are two different things, he needs permission to use the content this way. Maybe they allow that in their terms. |

ZIPs are totally different case as they are directly offered for this purpose, though he said he scrapped the content off other websites (galleries). Say the sponsor use licensed content and that licence doesn't allow them to make copies for third parties. Offering it on FHGs would be ok as the content stays on their site, but giving it away in ZIPs would not be OK - it would be prohibited use and therefore copyright infringement. See the difference? ...same for scrapping it by affiliates without permission. |

If they do agree with that, there is no problem. This dude should have asked them first for sure but he didn't even bother registering as an affiliate before stealing the content. I saw penis pills promoted with content from Free Ones on that site. |
Haven't seen a Rita Faltoyano gallery in aged: https://peachjoy.net/galleries/young...ng-and-fucking . . .

Not sure why everyone is giving you an earful, this is all really common sense stuff.
The work is clean and you show promise. Beautiful on mobile. Excellent job! |
Your site looks very nice. Check some similar sites to see how the affiliate model works so you can monetize your efforts. Plus you don't want to get on the wrong side of the content owners.
Welcome to gfy too. There's a lot of shit here, but if you look for the peanuts, you can learn a lot. |
Nice one. Keep it up!

About freaking time for someone else to come up with nice nextjs websites. proud :D
quick tips: 1. combine all js/ css files, you now have a lot of requests, just bundle them up. nextjs can do that 2. don't host with vercel. you'll end up using their 1TB really fast. Use something like digital ocean, you can start with their cheap version, about 12$ per month, same easy deployment as vercel 3. Don't open the links in new tabs. keep them in the same tab and take advantage of the preload feature of nextjs links. you can have instant page switches. take a look at my site (excuse the first click, gotta have a popunder, otherwise i'll starve) but after that navigation among pages is smooth |
I liked the site. Put some more effort on sharing your content to get constant traffic
|
Sell copies of your script, that will make you more profit in the long run.
Less headache, no worrying about legalities, hosting or traffic. I will buy one! :) |

Thanks for the tips :), I still don't have a lot of traffic, website still not indexed, but will start migrating from vercel when traffic goes up. I liked your site, so fast! |
Good news guys!
I was able to join the affiliate programs. all my galleries are linking to an affliate link :), and removed the ones I couldn't get affiliated. Thanks for all replies and suggestions. Glad to join this forum :) |

No you didn't, you are just dumb. Tubes with premium services offer content legally licensed from producers. I have been working with them since they started, so "tubes with premium links" ?? ...that's shocking news to me... lol. |

I watched a training video on scraping once, more for keeping updated on the latest prices from different sites... it is a fun tool but must be used responsibly. |
