Can someone tell me how a pirate site can process payments with Visa and Mastercard?

Everything on this tube is stolen and he is making money off of it.

What can be done?

DMCA + safe harbor. If card processors did not process for (or at the very least were severely more strict) sites that are based off 'user uploads', we may see less of them online.

Contact Visa and ask them wtf?
Maybe they are not aware they are actually processing for THIS site (like he got approval for another site and swapped out the links).

You can probably DMCA, report etc the individual site and make it stop - in general though the battle is more or less lost
