Are you a ex-procrastinator. How did you solve it ?
 
I am very good at creating a detailed To-Do list, timeboxing, etc, but when it comes to doing a given task I will procrastinate. Like write now, got do write some code but on GFY

I actually use Amazon Alexa for my to do lists. I have one main one, one for shopping, and one for work.

I am good at creating detail ToDo lists, but I will procrastinate when its time to do the tasks on that Todo list.

meth... no, kidding. but ADHD medication helps. or shrooms. although a few months after starting shrooms (even taking them according to the schedule), i don't feel a big effect anymore

One of ways to solve it is to start doing something else, or do same thing different way. For example, instead using digital todo list, you can opt in for old school paper writing.

I had this issue with working out. The way I solved it is I simply started with 2-3 minutes of push-ups. In a few days, I managed to exercise a bit longer, etc... It is all about discipline. Fuck motivation. And baby steps. Good luck! ;)

Physical exercise is piece of cake for me, i would trade that any time for computer work. If someone would challenge me to do marathon tomorrow, i would do it in a jiffy.

To avoid procrastination wake up early and do the most important tasks first. Also, hide your phone and don't touch it, until you finished your task.

I would agree with this.... Everyday I get everything I need to do done early and out of the way so I can float the rest of the day... more or less. :thumbsup

1. Get yourself a wife

2. Share your to do list with said wife

Solves itself pretty quickly :2 cents:

Or find some motivation and just start doing things. Finishing projects is very rewarding.
