My 8 year old cat has simply never liked cat nip. We always found it odd, but she would have a quick sniff.....then kinda back off.





Off topic: Went to a friends house last week because he got a Maine coon kitten. Frickin awesome. And crazy to think how big it will eventually grow since it's so small just now. Cost him £1300.

People pay shitloads more than that for a dog so..... :2 cents:

It's genetic. One of my cats loves the stuff, the other will investigate the smell but other than that is not too interested.

My mom was just telling me that she knew someone trying to find a good home for two Maine Coons for free. Apparently the owner has had to move to an assisted living facility. Since she has two cats already, she had to pass.
