I'm guessing here, but maybe you need to consider getting the facts straight.

Likely, it was the bystanders video footage that was shared with the media first, getting everyone riled up.

Second, the direct angle of the private citizen witness was more clear as to what exactly was happening for the 9 plus minutes the officers knee was on the victim.

Bodycam footage from multiple officers is not exclusively focused on the single officer and his knee position, but on an ever changing scene, as the various police are moving about.
