Servers down, so email isn't getting through to them either.

Saw Mike is online in messenger now so hopefully he's too busy fixing (which would be the reason he cannot provide me with an update), it would be nice to know so we can let our SaaS users know what's up as well.

Took a couple hours, but it's UP again.

A shame they dont communicate the progress on twitter when hit by a major incident like that. They should have solid plans for handeling these level of problems

They're very solid & this is a VERY rare thing with Vacares.

Dont care. If you run a hosting company, you should be prepared for this.

I'm curious if support works today because I'm still offline and no word from them. I'm getting worried.

OVH Fire not long ago, should have kick, everyone, in their heads to double-check their emergency plan in case of catastrophe.

did you hear about Gorilla Servers? they had two catastrophic outages in a month. they lost all kinds of client data.

Mine are down as well. However my blog server is not. So Im thinking its an issue in just one location

Apologies for not responding to this thread sooner, and we are still behind on a few support tickets. We have been dealing with this for the last 7 hours and will continue doing what we need to do to get this fixed. There was a power issue to our main rack. Most clients are back online, there are a few that are still not. Will update individually when resolved.

Much rather have you guys working on the issue than chatting with us on the boards.
