Paxum: Transfer from Card to Payment Account?

Simple question:
Can I transfer money from my debit card to my payment account?
I accidentally transferred too much money to my card and would like to roll it back.

You can, but in that case they will have to cancel your card, and you'll have to order a new one.

Paxum has different features depending on your account, where you reside, what type of card you have, etc

So what might not be possible for someone, might be ok for you and vice versa

in other words, contact paxum support :winkwink:

It is true for the UnionPay card, but not sure if it's the case for other paxum cards

I remember when I wanted to return the funds to my account, they told me that they have to cancel my card which sucks, but still I had to do it.
