If you want cheaper then you should create an account with Gemini/Kraken/Coinbase etc, get KYC verified, and connect bank, buy it that way and you'll save money.

Another option is to find a trusted person/friend/fam who will sell you BTC p2p.

If those both are not possible, then you'll be paying highest possible fee via BTM's and/or LocalBTC

Call your local crack dealer, he have tons of BTC.

Think of it like a tax. You are buying with cash instead of from bank transfer to kraken for free for a reason... We have BTC ATMs in Poland that let you withdrawal too with no ID or anything at all up to 15k euro per transaction but the fee is like 4 or 5%.
