What a week so far!
 

It's been a ride for sure....

Got my 1st vaccine shot Tue. No big deal... arm is sore but other than that... no side effects.

Facial mocap came... Not complete yet. It would seem I need a few more pieces to connect to the network. Running it WiFi but it's choppy. The rest will be here by Sat.

Other than that... been watching many video webinars on how to use this properly. I am actually very disappointed that the tongue has to be set and animated separate. This is still a new feature (the tongue movements) so it may be better incorporated in the future.

This will also work with the 2D animation software I have as well... I like the 3D world better, but with 2D I can create my own characters, props, clothing etc... Things I cannot do in 3D yet. I need to learn Blender next LOL.

Anyway... Hope all is well with everyone. Just wanted to say hello :winkwink::thumbsup

Going to tear down the entire system, spit out the dual boot (finally right!?!) and set up 2 systems. Space is a concern but think I can make it work. I need access to both systems at the same time now. I have some programming to get to and have a lot of time during renders.

OMG... some of these renders remind me of back in the day when video render would take hours unless you had a mega system. I have a damn good system, video renders like lightening but 3D with a heavy scenery at max resolution can be very time consuming. 3 hours for a 30sec clip yesterday.... UG! Need to upgrade the video card next. Found an Nvidia 11gig for around 1999.00, and I think the 24gig was around 3500.00.

Always something right? LOL
