You cant put a price on those, only judging by the data provided.

You could create a fake celeb profile and get those numbers fairly quick, but it would not be worth more than $50. I could get 300mil followers in a month, if I made an indian "free bob and vage" profile, but it would not be worth a single dollar

On the other hand, if its legit accounts with solid followers, then it could be worth $5-10k no problem.

thanx for your answer, the first one is a legit account, never exchanged retweets or used any tricks to grow it, I used the old method ( follow and unfollow ) at the first month while tweeting over 20 times a day
the second one built it very quickly exchanging retweets, I think I reached that number of followers in less than a week
