"amazon" as in the shop? or "amazon" as in amazon web services?

If its amazon web services, then you are responsible as pr. the shared responsibility model.

In general (regarding all cloud/hosting solutions)
- The provider is responsible for THE cloud
- The customer is responsible for what you PUT IN the cloud

If it's the webshop, you can read it in the terms

OK - different case then. It depends to much on the terms of the promotion, for me to have a qualified opinion on it. Is it worth spending time on it? or is it better to just remove it and move along?
