I've read the article and "The nomination suggestion period for the YNOT Awards is now open." is there a form where nominees can be added or the list is already made and winners placed?

Categories will be the same as they were last year (2020) ?
Anyway... over the years I've seen the same "entities" (companies/services/reps) receiving recognition even if new ones lifted the old standards, but hey... I/we never won so it's a matter of envy right? :thumbsup
