Need help to prevent spam ban in hostings :(

one of my VPS servers got banned by my provider. The reason for the banned is spamming. uceprotect.net is the organization that listed the server ban and the server got a UCEPROTECT-Level1 ban. The UCEPROTECT mentions that I have tried delivering mails to spamtraps as a concrete allegation. They also have mentioned the time and the date of the impact which is 02.06.2021 21:37 CEST+/- 1min. According to my logs, there is no mail I have sent or received during that time period. Usually, I exchange links through this email( the webmail which was given by the provider) to discuss advertising, etc. Maybe this might be the reason to get involved with the spamming. But I did not do it intentionally if it is the reason. I use the email which was given by the provider to communicate. Do I need to use a secondary email address for those things? and is this caused because I am using the email which was given by the provider to communicate? I was fortunate to back up my files and transfer them to another server. So how I am going to overcome this kind of situation before it is going to happened again. Also, I would like to know how exactly this could happen? Does this mean I am not allowed to send mail to multiple users?

In new server I removed all the dns that related to webmail. Now I am using protonmail for my sites. Is this help to avoid these cases ? Any advice guys ?

*BTW since 2015 I am working with sites but this my first time getting ban because of spam. So ultra noob is here. Just wants your ideas.

Simple Solution? First of all, take a deep breath, then Soil Yourself - It's very relaxing - Then switch hosts and move on with your day...

Is this issue because of the host? I just wanna know if I use an external email besides webmail for links exchange, is it okay for this kind of situation?

I aint got a clue about the technical shit -

Look at it this way. Were you spamming? Yes / No?

If Yes, Move host. If No, then what does host say about it?
either Host sorts it / Host doesn't sort it - If not - New host.

Life is too short to play silly games
I've promised myself I won't do that again.
It's got to be perfect
It's got to be worth it
yeah.
Too many people take second best
But I won't take anything less
It's got to be
yeah
PERFECT.

How unusual, so you're saying you don't actually do any mass-mailing?

Yes, that is the issue. But my hosting service doesn't wanna hear any excuse about it. I know if something happened it's my fault because it's an unmanaged VPS. Also, they have abuse reports too. And it's real too. I can admit that I sent the same links exchange mails to around 5 emails. But I did that only two times. :(

If it's unmanaged and they are getting abuse reports I am leaning towards an exploit. Are you positive the complaints are about your link trades? Are you patching and updating your scripts regularly?

That is the issue. I don't know how is it happened. But The UCEPROTECT mentions that I have tried delivering mails to spamtraps as a concrete allegation.

Are you available on Skype? Shoot me your user ID and I'll send you a message. Perhaps we can figure this out.

Well, long time ago, i had similar problem - i got e-mail from hosting how my ip is spamming and how they will nullroute it. Since i was not spamming , i figured out how probably someone connected to server to proxy program which i was testing, or simply because it was windows dedicated server which is shitty operative system and full of security holes. After that i requested re install to linux and never had such problem again.

I just disable the mail server for now and I am gonna increase the server security slowly.
