Beware of EVADAV!
 

Hi guys,

Just wanted to share the word that the company EVADAV is not to be trusted.
After bugging us to try our traffic for almost half a year we gave them a shot, and after a week of testing they just disabled the account, kept the balance for themselves, and accused us of having fraudulent traffic although our traffic on the website is completely organic.

Sounds like you were sending bot traffic. Where did you source the traffic from?

In my experience, no ad network shuts down an account that is sending legit, real traffic. Why would they? They want the publisher to keep sending traffic. We've only heard one side of the story...

From my experience too, which is why I came to warn you guys that they may not be honest or are using bad tools to analyse the traffic.

UPDATE:

I have received an email stating it may have been a mistake on their end.

"We apologize for the inconvenience, it really was our mistake. Our new analyst was checking your traffic and we didn't keep enough track for it. We understand how unpleasant this situation is and we will understand if you no longer want to cooperate with us, but we are really very sorry."

They only reactivated the account after I posted this here and showed them. Before that they wouldn't budge and didn't even want to take my phone call. And how is it "unprofessional" of me by complaining on a forum? If you hadn't noticed, people do that on here all the time. Do you go around every single post stating the "unprofessionalism" of a complaining publisher? If it's one party that showed unprofessionalism then it's Evadav.

You've been around long enough here to have seen the hundreds of times an adult biz conflict was quickly resolved because someone started a thread here about the situation. If they weren't communicating with him and kept his balance, what exactly did you propose he do as there's a strong chance this thread is what got the matter resolved quickly.
