TNV Eric, the webmaster/producer/talent behind it all, has been doing something right, because business is good enough for him to need help with marketing/outreach. So that issue has been resolved - the ccbill form script cannot not open within an embedded iframe. Had to fire my guy responsible for overseeing functionality throughout our sites which proved to be a difficult conversation to have since the guy with that job is me :(
