I don't think it's a good idea to fuck with 22 females using the same shit that put a guy in prison for 20 years. Prior members should delete their porn folder before they accidentally upload one of the videos. Quote:

How would you obtain the content now without illegal file sharing? Possessing it with evidence of sharing is a copyright issue and some violations can be criminal. I'm real confident that sharing would be the first thing you'd do because your interest is way to high for this shit. :2 cents: |
Hell no I would never go near that shit. That is fucked up. Content is out there everyone knows. Sadly for them, it always will.

As part of his plea, Garcia admitted to threatening and deceiving the women, and paying other women to lie to reluctant recruits, falsely asserting that the footage would not be seen in the U.S. but was intended for private DVD collections overseas.
But the plan was to post the videos online, prosecutors said. And once the images hit the internet, many of the women were threatened, harassed and faced other serious repercussions. Women don't know how to google. But they know how to dial 911. |
Simple possession of the content will not be illegal, if you have done so since before the case was decided. Sharing, distributing, or selling the content as of now will be a crime in many jurisdictions rather than a civil offence because it is porn. Regardless, the material will be out there.

I watched a few of their videos on tube sites when the scandal broke, and every girl seemed 100% into it. There are a number of other 'reality' casting sites in which it's far easier to believe that the models were coaxed into hardcore at the last minute. Several of the (GirlsDoPorn) models I watched freely admitted at the start of the scene that they were cheating on their boyfriends or even husbands who had no idea they were doing this. Maybe those cheated partners should get a slice of the compensation?
Genuinely believing that their videos wouldn't be posted online and only for 'private DVD collectors' overseas seems hard to swallow. Maybe 1998, but not 2018. Yet they had the smarts to organize a law suit that made each of them a millionaire. |

They were 100% convinced to act that way by an elaborate scheme. You just hate seeing them get justice. :disgust |
